This summer sure has been the season for celebrity weddings, hasn’t it? Twilight actress Ashley Greene wed Australian TV personality Paul Khoury in a romantic ceremony in San Jose, California on Friday. Nestled in a redwood forest, the couple made it legal in front of 120 guests, including Eiza Gonzalez and Josh Duhamel, Aaron and Lauren Paul, Zac Efron, Liam Hemsworth and Brittany Snow. Ashley’s Twilight co-star, Robert Pattinson, was also in attendance.

Ashley and Paul have been dating since 2013. Paul popped the question in December of 2016, getting on one knee at the bottom of Bridal Veil Falls during a vacation to Australia and New Zealand. Ashley shared the video on Instagram, adding in the caption, “This is the most beautiful moment I could have ever hoped for. You’ve successfully made me the happiest, luckiest woman alive. I can’t wait to show you my unfaltering immeasurable love for the rest of our lives.”

A Brides magazine story detailing the day reported that the couple used wedding planner Mindy Weiss to create an unforgettable event keeping with their vision of “a dreamy woodland, inspired by the verdant nature of the venue’s surroundings.” To bring this vision to life, Mindy created a stunning floral ceremony arch that served as the backdrop for the ceremony. Ashley said it was “the perfect choice to represent the eternal and everlasting love that Paul and I were celebrating on our wedding day.”

The ceremony was officiated by the couple’s friend, Dave Osokow, who kept things light, cracking jokes during the ceremony. In keeping with the playful atmosphere, the couple employed an unusual way to choose who would recite their vows first. A source told PEOPLE, “Paul and Ashley [played] rock-paper-scissors to decide who would say their vows first during the ceremony. Ashley ended up ‘losing’ and went first.” As much as humor played a part in the festivities, the vows, which the couple wrote themselves, were emotional. PEOPLE‘s source shared “It was very emotional and there were definitely some tears. They talked about being best friends and how they make each other better people.”

Ashley admitted to Brides that she was nervous about finding the perfect gown, but had no need to fear. She told the magazine, “I found a designer named Katie May who created a ‘Barcelona’ dress that spoke to me. Thankfully, she’s based in L.A., so I worked with her to create a custom gown that was 100 percent Ashley. It was absolutely perfect.” I’m not going to argue with that. The gown is absolutely stunning.

What bride wouldn’t want to wear two gorgeous gowns on her big day? Ashley not only looked radiant during the ceremony, she changed into a second gown, a lovely sheer creation by designer Windi Williams, for the reception. I love this one too. The reception was a festive affair, from a dinner among the trees to the couple’s first dance to Stevie Wonder’s “Signed, Sealed, Delivered.”

After seeing all of the photos and reading the details of Ashley’s big day in Brides, I have a serious case of “bridal envy.” What a gorgeous ceremony. Congratulations to the happy couple. (If you need to unload either one of those gowns, Ashley, call me.)
